During my almost five years with storage rentals, I've loved every year with them. My time using their units is super satisfactory and would recommend every time. Sad to be moving on but glad to have them as part of my life. Super kind and understanding as well! ... Read more

This is a terrible location for a Storage Unit. Meaning that my sister has a storage unit here and her unit has been broken into twice now. Her unit was in the back of the last row. She didn't even get a phone call telling her that there had been several units broken into and that she didn't have a lock on her unit anymore. What she did receive was an E-MAIL! What type of business wouldn't call to let people know that their unit had been broken into. On top of that it was a week after the break in that she received the E-MAIL. It states that this Storage Facility is completely secure and that they have security cameras! Well guess what?! The cameras don't even work! There's a fence that isn't all the way around the property so it in fact ISN'T SECURE! You could literally walk right off the road on the right side of the units and walk right around the fence and you're inside. Or you could walk up from the backside and there isn't any fence at all! There's always trash laying around nails, screws etc. ... Read more

We had 2 units and they both got broken in to at different times. The first 1 we were informed about it as the man in charge was leaving the facility and told we couldn't check on our unit for 5 days and his assistant would meet us there. We didn't wait we went the next day, but went saturday to meet and talk with assistant, yep you guessed it he didnt show up. Almost 3 weeks later the second unit got broken into and we weren't even notified at all this time. We stayed inside the gate let a few of our friends in to help us pack that unit out of there. A majority of our belongings were taken, including dads military things and moms jewelry both of who have passed on, guns, around $5000 worth of ammo. Mccoy cookie jars, 2 brand new laptops for the list goes on and on. We have tried to call them several times, they still haven't returned our calls and this all happened over tlhe summer. They don't have working cameras nor a fence that encloses the property. I don't recommend this place at all. We are missing items ya just can't get back. We still have yet to hear from anyone. ...
