Started storing my utility trailer here about mid-year 2021. Seemed like a good set up. Access in/out is a little goofy due to the intersection but nothing that couldn't be handled. The issue began after the latest snow storms. I went to get my trailer and it was totally blocked in by plowed snow. I came back with shovels but being plowed snow it was basically now a big hunk of ice. When I asked if they could push the snow they had plowed away from my trailer I was told they didn't plow it. Another tenant came in with a plow to clear their own space and totally blocked me in. Zero regard for anyone else. I was also told that Redi Storage would not clear the snow that their tenant moved. So now I have a choice of either paying to have what the other tenant did moved or wait for the snow to melt. Well...I need my trailer so... Horrible that this type of activity is not only allowed but supported. It is apparently ok for one tenant to move stuff around and block other tenants equipment with zero recourse. ... Read more

Since then I had to put my RV in place and take it out, normally not a big deal. However the snow was pretty deep since they do not plow the side lots. Fortunately I was able to take my 4 by 4 over and over the snow once again and again and again until I was able to get to a point that I would be able to haul my camper into place. ... Read more

This facility is run down and "climate control " is a JOKE. My WHOLE LIFE was stored in one of their units that was allegedly climate controlled (at extra cost) only to be exposed to mildew ! EVERYTHING I own is moldy and smells like mildew, to the point that breathing is difficult in my home. Every time I call to speak to the OWNER, I get the shuffle! I trusted this facility with everything I own, ultimately costing over $5000 for a little over 2 years. At this point, I believe that the owner is refusing to step up to the plate and make things right. How about a refund? So I can replace my stuff. They CAN'T replace my pictures of my kids and gone family and friends! I wish I could give them a good rating but they seem to be refusing to hold themselves accountable for the lack of protection from the weather (climate control) elements. I would suggest finding a friend with a empty garage and store your stuff there for the same results! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! ... Read more

Worst experience ever. Brooke the facility manager has no customer service skills and takes situation is personal. When you ask who the owners are they say they’re away in Florida because the owners don’t want to deal with any type of customer interaction. The facility in Twinsburg is a joke the lady couldn’t even put in the credit card information correctly. And took over 45 minutes to put in my name address and phone number in the System. I do not recommend this place. ... Read more
