Actually never knew it was there, part of a 6 + company hub that includes Mulch World and others. Unit prices are by far the best in the area, month to month rent contract, so no long term up front agreement, 24 hour code access. Everything you want, at a price you thought was not possible, but here it is. ... Read more

They are good at collecting the rent, but if you need maintenance to fix something forget it. Tried to get weatherstripping replaced on bottom of door so mice wouldn't get in. A lot of burned out lights on the property that go unfixed. Renters sweep out their units when their done into the driveways and there are nails and screws for your tires to pick up. Overall it's not bad, but they need to improve the maintenance a lot. The price is reasonable to rent, and the staff are nice and friendly. ... Read more

Love the staff! They are always helpful and answer all of your questions. I like that there is someone on site there 6 days a week and there is 24hr access. In the past I have used other local storage facilities but they just do not compare. Price is very reasonable. The girls at the front desk always smile and know you by name! Never ceased to amaze me that I stored there for two years and only came in a handful of times yet when I walk in the door they knew exactly who I was. I never had any issues with them. Security is great and they informed me on my last visit that they just updated all of their security cameras. If the need strikes, we will use them again. 5 stars!!! ... Read more

To the Google user above, I understand exactly what you went through! I had expensive stuff stored at their facility too, and when I went to check it out, the lock looked funny, my keys didn't work with the lock, it looked like it was changed. I requested the lock to be broken, they did, but there was NOTHING inside.. complete wipe out !!! After talking to the manager, they mentioned that in January 2012, the had a robbery, and some units were stolen, and new "cheap" locks were placed, to make it appear as if nothing happened! All they said was" File a police report", and I did. Now here is the fishy part: 1. They claim to have 24 hour surveillance, but amazingly when I asked about the surveillance cameras, they said, they were "down" when the robbery happened ! 2. How come they knew the type of locks the "thieves" used to cover their crime, yet, never bothered to investigate these units with these "suspicious locks" when they saw them? 3. Why didn't they send an alert to all the renters, that a break in has happened in January 2012, and suggested that we check on our stuff, instead of just continuing to pay for empty/stolen storage units for months? 4. Why didn't they alert us (the renters) that the surveillance cameras were down? Don't we have the right to know? I would have moved my expensive stuff to a different facility with more secuirity! I was just hoping to get in touch with you. I will be seeking legal action against the facility, & I was wondering if you were interested. ... Read more
