The facility at 3757 Troy Rd, Springfield, OH is a poorly maintained property with security issues. Automatic entry gate is regularly broken and stuck open for days. Today noticed a alternate gate that surrounds rear of property was open about a foot. I then realized NONE of the multiple 10+ non entry gates that are installed around property even have locks on them. At least they don't have problems with collecting the customers rent.... There is no way that this is not a systemic problem with this company across multiple facilities. ... Read more

Place is an absolute joke. Have had service here for about a month and a half. Pay extra money for security (Electric Gate) which was wide open for the first 3 weeks of renting my unit. Then go to use the gate with a truck and trailer full of stuff to empty into the unit and the gate wont open. Call the number and they say they will put in a service request. Come back the next day after never receiving a “follow up” call with a truck load of shit and still can’t get it. Call the number again and get the same exact answer. “We put in a request for service but will have to follow up again tomorrow.” Will DEFINITELY be relocating once I can finally get to my unit. ... Bought this storage unit because the price was lower...had to travel way further. They raised the prices almost triple after a few months but did not raise the rates if you were getting a new locker or didny already have a locker....yhen they told me it was part of the promotion. Which is absurd and I believe it is done intentionally after a certain amount of time and if not then why haven’t all the rates went up? It was never stated that it was s promotional rate and im sure others out there have had the same exact issue. Thumbs down to their business practices and lack of mappreciation! ... Read more

Been using this KO Storage since December of 2023 my mom past away and i needed a place for her stuff. Prices are good. Now it's August 2024 and i just needed another storage unit while our house is being renovated. Great Deal on my second unit. Never really see anyone here that runs it but it always looks pretty clean and well kept here. I ordered both my units online and it was fast and easy to do. Highly recommend Thank You ?? ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
