Have been with this facility for quite some time and the prices have been going through the roof with no warning before increases. The prices we are charged are higher than what is posted on their website for our size unit. Will be seeking other options. Update: I responded as you instructed and have had no reply. ... Read more

Updated Review 10/12/24 . I have utilized this storage service for several years even back when it was known as Springfield Storage Depot East. I have had little to no issues for almost the extent of my time there, however, over the last year or so, I have had a constant struggle with the processing of automatic payments since they changed ownership. I have had to call every single month to ask why I am receiving a late fee notification for non payment and speak with someone for my payment to go through. Instead of fixing the issue or at least meeting a compromise to resolve the issue, this business has chosen to tack on various fees totalling an amount of $514.18 for two months while also threatening to advertise my unit for sale. When discussed further over the phone with Property Manager, Kirstie (Who was very kind and professional), she advised she would escalate this through her chain of command to determine how this could be resolved. I received an email response today stating that the higher ups said there is nothing that can be done and the full amount would need to be paid. It is clear that whoever leads this business clearly holds no value in their customers, especially one who has trusted them with their personal effects over an extended period of time. Instead of reaching a compromise and fixing the issue with automatic payments, they have chosen to simply maximize their charges on my account, as if storage fees weren't already high enough. I appreciate the property manager's willingness to help, however, it is simply impossible for me to recommend this business for storage services. I hope moving forward they treat current and future customers with respect and professionalism. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
