They automatically took out for a month payment, then I let them know I was moving out of the storage unit on the 7th but you don't get anything back . I paid $101.00 and they refused to give me anything. ... Read more

Ours and several units were broken into in November, the company put one of their locks on the unit since we were out of town. Since returning, we can not get anyone to return our phone calls so we can get access to evaluate the damage and losses. ZERO customer service, do not rent from this place. UPDATE: It seems that right after the break ins, the facility was sold off. The new management company has much better customer service. I'm not sure if security has improved or updated, will check the next time I'm there. ... Read more

Great experience so far - there was a lock on the unit when we arrived, but we were able to resolve the matter quickly via chat. Safe, clean, I like that you have to enter an access code to enter AND to exit. I was able to set up my unit online and the process was easy. Highly recommend!! ... Read more

Very secure! Not just anyone can enter! You must have a pass code in order to open the gate, and you can't be in there late in the evening. Decent units. I have a small 5' x 20' and it fits a LOT. It's a bit pricy, and you have to have insurance coverage, but I like the extra security. You can reserve a unit online, pay online or over the phone, and receive your bill online. It's very convenient! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
