Just found out Friday my RV was stolen from here. They told me that the RV next to mine was stolen about 2 weeks ago. You would think if something is reported stolen they would at least give customers a heads up so they would check on their stuff. Now it would seem we are well behind the power curve in an attempt to fine this trailer. I am rating 3 stars because outside of this they have been fine and they have worked with the police regarding this issue from what I can tell. ... Read more

24/7 access; well-lit; gated; great staff; easy access to the units once inside; they offer climate-controlled units, as well as regular, drive-up ones. Payments can be set up for automatic deductions, pay by phone, or you can do off your payment each month. ... Read more

Never had a problem with them for the last 2 yrs of storage until today. Last Friday (Nov 30) my husband called and asked if we could have a extra day considering our closing of our home was moved to the end of the day and or did we need to get our belongings out by midnight to keep from occurring another months rent. The young lady told him per management we had 7 days to get our belongings out without being charged anything. So very nice of them. Not the case. I went today and couldn't get in threw the gate. Went inside and was told by manager we needed to pay for December's rent. I told him what was told to us and he replied he would of never approved that arrangement. The young lady at the desk quickly replied she didnt tell us that. Obviously it turned into a "He said She said" debate. Bottom line I was not getting my property until I paid the rent. I left with paying for a bad customer service experience and the manager with December's rent paid. Do not go here! Treated me like a liar and horrible person. If its a convenient location like it was for us then never speak to service girls behind desk. Always ask for managment and get every agreement in writing. ... Read more

We recieved a lock with our unit eventhough we didn't need it. which we got to keep afterwards. Easy process with polite staff. They have a truck you can borrow for one day which is nice but its so old and the ramp was missing which made it hard to load things. We had no problems with the storage unit. Month to month fee. 4 stars because even though I needed only a few more days into the next month you have to pay for the whole month. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
