Read some helpful reviews of A Secure Storage at 4511 SW Lee Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I used this place for a few years. About a year ago I moved to a different part of town but decided to keep my unit. I asked one of the receptionist if I could use the moving truck they advised for free use if you occupy a unit. I wanted to use the truck to move some things from my old residence to the storage unit and drop a few items off at my new house. Just to be clear, I did not use their truck to move my things, I just moved a few items after I dropped off the items in storage. When I was done, I cleans the truck and filled it up with gas just like the lady said and returned the truck before it was due back. When I took the truck back the lady said that she needed a receipt for the gas I put in the truck. I told her it is full, you can go out and take a look at it. She insisted that I get a receipt for the gas. I went back to the store and asked for a receipt for the gas I purchased and went back to the storage to give it to the lady. After speaking with the lady after giving her the receipt for the gas, I said something to her about dropping off a few items to my new resident, I was under the impression that I made my plans regarding the use of the truck clear when I picked it up. She had an issues with me dropping off of few of the items to my house. I told her that I misunderstood and I have no issues paying for my use of the truck if you feel as if I abused the privilege. She said no but you can’t use the truck again. I said fine but if you feel as if I misused the truck I have no problem paying but I thought I made my intent Clear. The whole while she seemed to have an attitude and was rude. I brushed it off and continued to use the store for almost two additional years, making all payments on time. I notified them recently that I was moving and asked to use the truck to clear my storage unit. The lady said flat out no. I politely said ok, thank you and later in the day I went to the storage office to let them know I will have everything out by the weekend and to cancel my autopay, which was scheduled to pay on 29 march. The lady in the office was rude, talking loud and got very confrontational about obtaining the keys. I stated that I will have the keys to her before they close on Saturday which was my last day but for some reason she seemed agitated and upset that I would only turn in the keys before they closed. Both the ladies in the office were rude to me and I would not recommend this place to anyone ... Read more

Beware of the old gray haired goat in the office. She turns mean and gruff when she don't get her way. Got mad cause we moved our stuff out after 1mth and on the 1st day of the month. Said she should charge a cleaning fee. When we have proof of pictures all stuff was out She got mad and said she was calling the cops. Good luck with that. Lol. I wouldn't store my stuff there glad we moved ours. ... Read more

Very rude Lady on golf cart. If I could give -10 i would. Went to tell her I left keys in unit while she was making her rounds and she said I had to take them to office. I was trying to make less contact with people as possible. We left unit clean and took pics. She said she was going to charge cleaning fee for leaving keyskeys in unit.. So we picked up key drove around to office and she told us to get off property or she was calling cops.. we left and put keys in drop box. ... Read more

This Storage place is the absolute BOMB!! They assisted me on two different occasions. They didn't have a 10 x 15 available, so they gave me a 10 x 20 at the "10 x 15" rate. Secondly, I needed a Big truck to move (the next day because my closing date changed and the other companies were SOLD OUT). The ladies that worked there, called around and found me a rental truck (they didn't have to do that, but that shows how professional they are). Jerome Hampton is a very happy customer!!! ... These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by A Secure Storage - 4511 SW Lee Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by A Secure Storage - 4511 SW Lee Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $36 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $147 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
