They do everything remotely off site but they managed to make it the smoothest transaction I've ever had in a storage unit auction. Very helpful and their understanding I've been to every storage facility in Oklahoma and I definitely recommend this place ... Read more

They raised the rent on me three times in a year and a half. I started paying around $65 and by the time I closed out my unit it was $94 a month which is unacceptable. We found four dead rats in our belongings that were all dried out and desiccated. It was infested with brown recluse spiders. I'm talking thousands of spiders. There was a water leak in the roof so we lost several bags of clothes to mold and had to throw them away and everything was so dirty even after a short time. There were these big balls of dust in there and there was dust on literally everything. And the storage unit was clean as a whistle when we first moved in because we swept it clean. One of our recliners was really nice and spotless when we first moved in there and by the time we closed up the unit a year and a half later the recliner was all dirty and brown and disgusting. This storage unit ruined a good portion of our stuff. So between the rats, water leaks, mold, spider infestation and the dust and them raising the rent on you incessantly, this is a horrible unit to have and not to mention it's in a bad area too. There's an apartment complex right next to it where you can hear people screaming at each other constantly. And before you think our unit was a freak thing our neighbors were moving out of their unit probably about four units down and they said the same thing about theirs it was infested with rats and spiders. Guess we got unlucky with the water leak. I lost an entire comforter set to that water leak molding everything. I would rate the storage unit negative if I could. It's worth mentioning that probably about 3 months after we got the unit it was bought by a different company. And I see that several other people have mentioned them hiking up the rent three times or so, so I think they do this to get you in and then raise it as some sort of trap. I've seen them claim to do this in response to other reviews to upgrade the security system. Let me tell you, there's no security. No cameras(I can see cameras in the main photo, but I never saw any at our location.), not even barbed wire on top of the fence and there certainly were no upgrades the entire time we were there. They also charged me $94 the same day I moved out of the unit for the entire next month and refused to refund it because I didn't give them five business days notice that I was moving out. Nowhere on their website or anywhere did I see that you have to give them five business days notice before you vacate in order to not be charged. So these crooks charged me up until January 20th to collect an additional months rent, not to mention when they rent the unit out soon and charge them for the same period I just paid for. Overall a very shady storage unit company. And if you're wondering about all the five-star reviews, they actually offer to buy your review after you move out. "Leave us a review in exchange for the chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card!" So, you can come to the conclusion yourself the reviews are slightly biased. ... Read more

Marvin signed me up and he was great. He was very patient when I had to look some information up and when I got interrupted a couple times. Very pleasant to do business with and explained everything wonderful!! Would recommend!! My second time to really praise Marvin, he goes above and beyond helping the customers!! He stayed on the phone to make sure that I was able to get in. I would recommend everyone that needs a storage unit to go to Marvin!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Click Storage - 2208 Georgia Avenue has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Click Storage - 2208 Georgia Avenue can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Click Storage - 2208 Georgia Avenue come at a variety of prices, starting from $31 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $144 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
