Lying company, increases your rates, dishonest management who refused to call back about issues, I highly recommend EVERYONE at this unit check all your stuff, all my property was ruined to complete negligence of rodent control, even dealing with their claims they really screw you everyway they can, I will be filing a report with the BBB and submitting all call logs, emails, and pictures of their wrong doings and 0 effort to make things right and or even attempt to being a decent human being. ... UPDATE!! This place continues to have the terrible managmemt. Leah (office manager) & Holly (corporate) continue to be the worst managers I've ever had to deal with. As I was trying to deal with an moving issue.Leah the office manager gets mad and throws a fit. Grabs a bat and swings it at me, while yelling "get out my office". Let me clarify i was on the other side of a 4ft tall counter. Long story short. This storlocal storage facility is TERRIBLE. Until the management is changed it will continue to be terrible. ... I have rented a 10’ x 20’ unit from their Wilshire location since about June 0f 2023. Other than this past January when I was waiting on a new bank card , I have paid my rent in full every month through their automatic payment system. After renting this unit for almost 2 years, I received a notice of termination email on April 3rd. With no explanation other than a vague reason of failure to preform the obligations and duties set forth in the lease agreement, I was told I have until the 15th of April to empty my storage. I no longer have 24 hr access, I can only enter under supervision during office hours of 9am to 5:30 pm or it will be considered trespass and I have been black listed from ever renting from them. To make matters worse on April 4th I received a notification from my bank that my store local payment of $154 is pending. So I have to be out by the 15th and wasn’t told this until 4:55pm on the 3rd, giving me only 11 days to get out but I’m still being charge for the entire month! ... Read more

So I rented a storage shed too small on the 28th of August. I tried to call back every single day to no avail. Fast forward to September 6th. I finally was able to get in touch with someone because the office was closed on Monday when it was suppose to be opened because of the holiday. So it was open Friday the 6th of September. I stated what I needed, and the manager got angry because I never moved in, I never took possession of the unit, and wanted a full refund of the 40.00 dollars I paid. Any way I was informed that wasn't going to happen and since I didn't officially close the unit before the 5th of September, because they were closed I am now being charged September aroxamately 40.00 along with 20.00 for a late fee because I didn't pat it by the 5th of September. So these super honest business people want to charge me a total of 100 dollars plus even though I never moved in, and tried to rectify the situation I had since the 27th of August. My suggestion is if you are looking for a quality storage unit with honest, fair practices and integrity keep searching, this is not it. * In response to the response I received, I am from Missouri "the show me state" anyone can say "we want to address your concerns" your actions speak differently. ... For the first twelve years there were no issues and my gear was secure while I was deployed abroad. Never an issue. I checked my gear in 2023 in preparation to bring it to my new home. I came back months later to retrieve my gear and the unit had been broken into and some of my items were smashed. A mouse had gotten in and eaten a hole in my sofa. Oddly the lock was replaced with another lock...an odd move for criminals. When I came to get my gear it happened to be the weekend. I called the phone to let them know of the issue and I was assured a manager would call. A but later no one called and they disconnected the ability to verbally talk to anyone or leave a message. Long story short the storage company is slowly falling into a state of disrepair and neglect. The quality of service is not what it used to be. We are expecting additional billing. ... Read more
