This place is the WORST! Entry codes often don’t work and when you are sitting at the gate and call for help, the message mailbox is full. Of course, because people have been calling for hours! In addition, their accounting system is all screwed up and my bank keeps sending me alerts that Lewis lockup has not cashed the check that was sent to them via online banking a month and a half ago. I held a storage unit here for the better of 8 years. When I first moved in, there was a nice old lady named Ann, she lived upstairs on property. When new management came in they let her go. I don't really know why. But I'm allowed my opinion and my opinion is because she was 80 years old, and smoked cigarettes.They probably did not want to take the time to teach her the new computer system. After she left you couldn't make a payment until about 11 in the morning. I used to be able to drop by at 7 a.m. and pay cash because Ann was awake, she was a hard worker. When she left she was so discouraged she didn't know what she was going to do because she told me so you can quote me??. The management now it's fair the people are nice but the fence lines could use some massive cleanup it would be easy for anyone to hop over those fences, and I was housing a 1956 Chevy there. But it is a nice looking place. So God bless you Lewis lockup thank you for a clean storage unit, but I wish you would bring Ann back with her old upstairs place again and a raise for the aggravation you probably caused her. Horrible customer service and the staff had absolutely no idea how to process a Uhaul reservation, along with being INCREDIBLY rude. I was also threatened with extra charges when I opted to use the drop off return method when returning my truck rental by the incredibly rude attendant.
