I had a unit less than 36 hrs do to a family emergency( my son was in a car accident which I should not have to share)rushing I didn’t lock unit. I did not agree or give the Store Manager(seemed to have a racist demeanor)at the Harvard location. Never did I give my consent to charge my card for $35. I tired to explain that I will lock my unit so I will not be charged, but he continued to talk over me… I became very quiet on the phone and state no and no and no. I was not given the option to lock up my unit or I would had put a lock on the unit and waited 15 days to vacate. He bullied me ( talking over me in a military context)in our phone conversation and He did not listen to my concerns. He disregarded the fact the assistant manager stated I was ok. I reported that Prime Storage charge and stole $35 from my account even though I said no after being intimidated. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. This is my first time visiting Tulsa and my last because of this horrible experience. I didn’t know people were thirsty and dishonest at the company. I usually use extra space storage and I regret it. I do not and will not recommend this business to others. Today is Saturday 26th of July… After reading the district’s manager reply I immediately called the number left in the reply. When I called someone answered and stated they only take messages and will forward my message to the correct person. I hope this reply wasn’t just a reply and Prime Storage do exactly what they said “make things right”. August 1, 2025 I have not heard from Prime Storage about this horrible situation. To be continued November 19, 2025 No resolution but my bank did handle it! The Manager is a horrible person but the assistant manager is kind and compassionate. ... Read more

Today has been a very long busy day. I ended up choosing to break up with a woman I had been dating for about 5 months. 3 weeks moving into her place with her I will never do that again. But let’s get to the point ! I chose to leave a very toxic relationship and take everything I own out of her house. It was a lot of stuff. I ended up coming here to get a storage but my direct deposit hasn’t hit as I’m waiting so I can get this storage unit. I walked in very frustrated and the Customer Service Rep Jarrett. I was short in some cash but he did me a huge favor and allowed me to get my storage unit so I. An move my things in. This made my day. I know God is looking out for me after that one and I know my life will be alright . I just wanna say thank you God for putting me in a position to meet Jarrett before he closed so I can get my stuff in a storage unit. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to store your things. The vibe is awesome. ... Read more

I gave this place 1 star because it is the lowest rating google allows you to provide. I would give a 0 if I could. I was asked repeatedly on my first day of moving my things into the storage unit to give them a 5 star review. I don't give reviews before I fully experience a business and their service. Two months later and I see why they have to BEG for 5 star reviews from customers on the first day. The customer service is poor and their business model is a scam. On my move in day, I was charged the website rate and told down the road there is a possibility of the rate increasing by maybe $10. I figured that would be fine. However, less than two months later I receive an email from the company stating the price rate is now over $30 additional dollars per month. I reread the contract to be sure the website price didn't have a limited trial period expiration date that I possibility overlooked and it does not. They knowingly lock you in at a beginning price and then drastically hike the monthly rate almost immediately. I will not be recommending this place of business to anyone in Tulsa. To any potential customer, please take your business and money elsewhere if you are in need of storage services. ... Read more

Jarrett is always super helpful when I need any kind of assistance. He helped fix my auto-pay issues. And just today I had issues because I couldn’t find any of the keys to my storage units. He had the locks cut off, new ones on, and got me the keys all on the same day. He did it with a great attitude - friendly and client-centric. Thanks Jarrett!!! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
