No one is ever at the office since new management took over. Went today and the gates wide open in and out. Poor security in my opinion. Get to my unit and there’s a different lock than I put on it and my account is up to date. About to get really upset. They’re slow to call back also when you leave a message, because there’s no one on site like they’re supposed to be! When you pay every month you expect quality service, this is pathetic! ... I would give a 5 star rating but with the new management (employee) it has gone down hill. Since the new manager has taken over... I have rented 3 additional units and have to personally clean out 2 of them. Not to mention they are no longer open on Saturdays and during the week "if" she is in the office she may answer your phone call. If not she may return your call within 1 to 3 days if you leave a message. ... Read more

Have had a unit over a year and no problems at all. Very helpful and nice staff that have helped me out when they didnt have to and most other places wouldnt have. Good honest people. Prices are also lower that most any around. They stay pretty full so if they have a unit open take it. No need to shop around. Been there, done that already. ... Read more

Best mini-storage I've ever used. I had zero issues in the 2 years that I had my unit there. The only deduction I would have is the 'limited' gate hours. They are from 7a-9p most every day. Usually not an issue, but there were a couple of times that I wish it were until 10p instead. But if you're in before closing you can still get out afterwards.
