    I have had many storage units over the past thirty years, and The Storage Place is by far the best experience I have ever had! I was always treated so courteously and by both Donna and Jeri, the managers there. However, most of my interaction was with Jeri, who helped me upgrade in size in an urgent situation. But even more, it was how compassionate and kind she was with every interaction. The staff really cares about more than just business transactions.     Super friendly staff here. They have been great to work with so far. The facilities are clean and secure. Sometimes I wish the gates were open 24 hours but I don't really need to visit my boxes at 3am when I can't sleep... So ultimately the 9pm curfew is okay. ... Read more

    I have been storing my items here for many years. The units are clean, dry and temperature controlled. I store books and some oil paintings all of which remain in wonderful condition due to the controlled environment. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. I feel like a valued customer there. I often see them sweeping the hallways and doing cleaning and routine maintenance outside as well. I have no doubts that my items are safe and secure. ...
