Read some helpful reviews of Waterhouse RV-Boat Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Was a tenant here for many years. Treated very poorly, completely unnecessarily - they mail paper statements and charge late fees, along with berate you when the rent might be a day or two late, when again they will only mail the statements - no way to pay electronically. They have no care for customers and unfortunately have been dishonest - lied to me twice about an agreement we made to send a copy of my rental agreement from when we signed years ago - which when we departed, they did not honor the rental agreement and we were due a small reimbursement for 1/3 of a final month. Ignored my calls, texts and emails (attached - they were essentially holding our property hostage without letting us know the "foreclosure fee", or providing us a copy of the agreement) more than 7 times. Even after being a tenant for 10 years, who paid on time all but about twice, with two stalls, there, that have no care about their tenants even when issues arise from their own systems. Very disappointing and completely unnecessary to operate this way. ... Read more

I've been storing my boat and now my RV here for several years; the boat in a covered spot and the RV in an uncovered such that my solar can keep the house batteries topped off. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. When my storage neighbor damaged my mirror while pulling out due to not keeping an eye on their tail swing, the owners quickly contacted me by phone within an hour, e-mailed me photos of the damage, and put me in contact with the driver of the other rig. They charge a monthly rate (varies by size and if covered or uncovered) with payments due quarterly so it is easy to plan for when the next payment will be due (they also mail out invoices mid month before they are due and post a notice over the keypad a month beforehand). I'd recommend them to anybody needing to store a vehicle, boat, or trailer off property. ... Read more

I called about covered RV storage and was told they had 2 spots available. I called back to reserve it and left multiple voicemails with no return phone call. I called back today and was told that they had been on vacation. So my question is if you were on vacation and not doing work then how did the 2 spots you tell me where available not available now? Seems shady to me. Based on the reviews I am glad we didn't rent from them. ... Read more

Shady business. They setup their payment schedule to every 3 months making the due dates difficult to keep track. I didn’t receive an invoice and they contacted me weeks after a due date to let me know I was being charged an exorbitant late fee. They should contact people *before* they charge a late fee; but instead this was my first notice and they apparently make no exceptions. They’re obviously counting on those extra fines. I’m hesitant to figure out some sort of autopay system (which they don’t make readily available) because I don’t want to do business with them anymore. Looking to move to another facility. ... I've never had any problems here, and my space was plenty long enough and pull through, but not much room on the sides. As I am getting a newer trailer that will not fit too well, I am moving to another location. The website claims there is an onsite manager, but that has not been true for quite some time. Access is 24x7 with a key code. One thing that is a problem is contacting someone. I have tried to call the phone # on the website to give 30 days notice, but no one answers, and the voice mail box is full. ... Read more
