Got broken in too twice, and had my stuff stolen. Don't go there. There are openings above each storage unit and somebody was climbing over into my storage unit and going through all my boxes and stuff and took a lot of my stuff so somebody is getting into people's stuff out there I wouldn't rent one of those units unless you want your stuff taken bad news and the owners managers don't want to do anything about it so I move my stuff out of there in one day ... They refused to let me buy my own lock, I had to get a lock from them and they only let me have one key, they broke in to my storage alot of times and stole stuff from my shed, they would steal a box at a time, then they denied ever doing it when I confronted them and told me someone had broke in to the storage place and stole stuff, bet how could that be when I still had my lock on and it was not tampered with, some one with a key stole from me. The only people that had a key was me and the lady in the office. ... Read more

It was a little hard to find , not from directions they were perfect, but the sign with the name was impossible to see from the hwy. Otherwise the office was comfortable, along with the very nice lady who sold me the storage unit. I left feeling that my stuff would be taken care of. ... Read more

I have two storage units here. The people that manage the place are very nice. They provide a lock. The paperwork is easy. They accept payments over the phone. My unit isn’t quite full. I have a lot more to put in. ... Read more

Be aware that this complex is managed by the same person that manages the Foothill Mini Storage complex in Grants Pass. When our sister moved to Grants Pass for a job in 1999 she put inherited family possessions in the Foothill facility. She had to move to northern Oregon in 2002 for another job and had to keep renting her unit. She passed away in 20013. I informed the manager that I would continue the rental agreement. I don't drive so couldn't get our stuff. On Memorial weekend my remaining sister took notarized papers to the Foothill office and they opened the unit for her. The furniture, paintings and everything else of value was gone! There were empty boxes all over. I contacted the manager by email almost every week and he hasn't replied. Finally got a letter that said I need to pay back rent when I was paid up till the end of June. Somebody cut my sisters' lock off and took everything of value and put another lock on so it wouldn't be noticed. I found out that you need to take pictures of everything you put into the unit and keep a list of every thing that has gone in and out of it. Otherwise you have no proof of what you had and can't collect insurance. Please let this be a lesson to others because my family is heartbroken that our beloved possessions are gone forever. ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Central Point Mini Storage - 920 South Front Street has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Central Point Mini Storage - 920 South Front Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 360 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Central Point Mini Storage - 920 South Front Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $75 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $260 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
