Read some helpful reviews of Medford Sentry Storage at 330 Earhart Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I don't recommend them at all - especially if you have ADHD, are on a tight budget, and don't drive at all. I had problems with figuring out exactly what size would be sufficient for me to rent. The reservation for the unit was easy, as it was to immediately transfer to a bigger unit from the moment that my helper and I realized that what I had reserved was too small. Arriving on foot to regularly get into my unit was sometimes difficult, considering the fact that after entering the key code and walking through the gate, I was questioned and treated like an intruder, WITHOUT being asked what my unit number was. Something needs to be changed with that! Finally, their statement that, "you pay for what you need" is a lie. You are asked to pay ahead for the entire month, and to give a 30-day notice to vacate your unit BEFORE vacating it, which I had done. However, I NEVER received the prorated refund for the 10 days of "no usage", given the fact that I had vacated the unit on the 20th of May - a Sunday. Although the office is closed on Sundays, the Assistant Manager lives on-site, in which he's required to check every unit. It's easy to know which unit is vacant by keeping track of any open units! Yet, they failed to do their job and marked my unit as vacant AFTER I had contacted them immediately upon receiving an automatic email that informed me of the upcoming charge for a vacant unit. It's obvious to me that they care more about the money than they do about their customer service! Fact: A small amount of money that gets refunded is a HUGE difference to anyone on a low income, and it's obvious that the owners would rather charge for the entire month, even when you don't store your belongings for the entire month! Still NO refund received for the 10 unused days to this date - which is MORE than 10 business days for the processing of a refund, which is why I don't recommend Sentry Storage to anyone!! ... I have been renting a unit for over 7 years, I started in a unit 10x20, and the monthly cost was then around $170.00 or so. Each year, the cost was increased by minimum $25.00 and each additional year increased more than the previous. The cost for that 10x20 reached around $250, and I opted to take a smaller unit to save money a couple of years ago to a 10x15 ".My monthly bill got dropped back to $150 for said unit. 2 now, maybe 3 total years after downsizing my unit, my space rent is again back to nearly $250. "Exactly at $237.00"and last last bill was $192.00, so this years increase was $55.00, absolutely ridiculous for middle of the road units available. I will say the office manager and employees in the office are at least nice, but I guess they have to follow the rules set by this corrupt company that inflates the cost to rent these units drastically. Overall, they are taking advantage of those who need storage "personal opinion." I have never missed a payment, but it feels they are desperate in getting me to miss a payment with a huge cost increase each year! I definitely do not recommend if staying long-term. ... Read more

Love this place. Really like our storage unit. The guys that run the place/work there are totally awesome. Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, upfront and consistent. They are adamant about adherence to the rules, respectfully communicating and reminding us what and why the rules are the rules. Everything is straight forward, reasonable, and obviously necessary in order for the facility to be and to remain as good as it is. The facility is clean, well kept, maintained and in good working condition. The facility is secure and feels secure, our unit feels secure, our belongings seem safely kept and free from harm. Thank you guys ... Read more

Great, friendly, service. The buffed guy, I think his name is Mike, even loaned me his personal jumper cables to help me get my car started, which I had stored there for several months. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Medford Sentry Storage - 330 Earhart Street has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Medford Sentry Storage - 330 Earhart Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 400 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Medford Sentry Storage - 330 Earhart Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $64 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $351 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
