The ladies at Main Street Mini Storage are absolutely the best! They helped me thru a tough time in my life and made sure that my storage issue went as smooth as possible! My experience hasn't been too good there. When my sister passed away they wouldn't even let me in the gate to see my sisters things!!!! I have to get an affidavit just to prove that she is my siste. Furthermore when you finally do get in they charge you 25 dollars or more to cut off the lock if you don't have the keys which in my case i don't have them i think this place is a rip off and once this problem is taken care of i will never go back. The ladies are friendly enough but other than that i wouldn't trust em. There are better places. ... Read more

I've used them twice now. I am currently there now. Good people and fair prices on storage. Tell them I sent you. It won't help any but it would make us look cool. Seriously though zero issues with the management, clean grounds and willing to work with people. ... Read more

Very rude and unhelpful staff?????? Then to have the I owners add a reply saying I was screaming???? Yea. . . . I think you need to look where your camera is pointing and show the person's face who's your representative. I had stated repeatedly the unit number I was trying to get to and she was irritated that I wasn't able to give numbers that made sense. Of course frustration goes both ways, but there was never any screaming. I have a feeling you don't read body language well. So if your rebuttal is you don't have to be considerate to someone who isn't yet your client and who's obviously new to the area and confused and probably lost, then you may be in the wrong business. ... Helpful people and great prices. Been with them twice, they well work with you as long as it is within reason. Not very lenient in late charges, but I suspect that everyone would ask for a break if they were. ... Read more
