I can’t recommend this storage facility enough! The manager, Traci was so easy to chat with and always willing to answer questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their policies are straightforward, fair, and actually made things easier for me instead of complicated. I felt supported every step of the way, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Excellent service and a great team—thank you! ... Read more

I was looking forward to seeing Karen but she retired. Tracy was very helpful and I look forward to working with her now. ... Read more

I spoke to Tracey over the phone to check on available units. We drove down that afternoon, and the whole process of inspecting the spaces and account setup was fast and easy. We rented here 3 years ago, and are happy to see that the facility is as nice as before. ... Read more

Many reasons to leave a one star review. We reserved the unit almost three months ago, coming up on our third payment. First, a convenience fee is charged for the service of “cleaning and unlocking the unit for my arrival”. We got there and the unit was not unlocked, delaying my move in another day. The manager was great at reaching out annd came in on a day off to make sure it was unlocked the next day. Opening the unit was full of spider webs, didn’t seem much cleaning was done. No big deal there. The manager left a lock in there for us in case mine wasn’t the proper lock. Email correspondence started great, I had asked if I could be charged for the lock on my next bill and she emailed back yes, then proceeded to charge my account without authorization same day. At that point all communication stopped and multiple attempts to follow up and nobody ever reached back out. I provided my renters insurance and they still tacked on theirs. I got customer service to remove it. Now that it’s only been three months my rates are already increasing. How convenient. Overall not satisfied with my experience and after multiple inconveniences, decided to leave this review. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
