Update: ?????????????? MOLD! Mold! MOLD! EVERYTHING RUINED. Do NOT store stuff here!! They weren’t taking any responsibility or being honest which I caught them lying to me numerous times about timeframes to get out etc, ended up with a last minute rush to try to find a family heirloom and couldn’t locate it. They said they would tell the junk guys if they found it, to call me. Etc. months later I saw they posted free items/storage units full, free to whoever cleans it out. Hmm… dishonest again and I’ve lost my entire household full of contents for a family of 5, of which 4 are children. I lost many sentimental things, family heirlooms, pictures, baby items/memories, that I can’t ever get back! Including furniture and woodwork that my grandfather made. Very, very sad. Dispicable and disgusting. I rented there cause it was close by and brand new. Thought I could trust brand new. Lost everything as far as materialistic items and belongings. But blessed I still have my family and health and that I’m not as low of a person as these people must be. Stay far away from here. Once the employee Jess left this place, it became a nightmare of all nightmares. Jessica has helped me so much with the whole process of renting a unit, then multiple units, then helped me to consolidate into one larger unit…even helped me push a cart full down to the door! She is the best! Very kind, understanding, cool as can be. Took really good care of me and made sure I got things under control and organized with the chaos of moving quickly and having to store items longer than expected. We shared a good laugh when I thought for months I had lost a key to one unit and the day I finally came to cut off the lock, I realized the key was on my key ring the entire time! Hahaha!! Don’t be like me. Put all keys on your main key ring and then make note in your phone of what you did with the spares! Lol. Use this place. Ask for Jess! You’re welcome! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
