Overall a good price for storage in the area. If you have cardboard boxes, get an indoor unit, the outdoor units (like the ones you just drive up to) tend to get bugs from the field next door. We put our boxes in an indoor unit and other stuff in an outdoor one and had no problems. People are friendly too. We drive down from Gap because it's the best in the area. ... Read more

Terrible experience. I asked a series of simple questions in regard to the rates that they offer on there website and receive nothing but incompetent and ignorant answers from a staff member named KIM. Kim was very unhelpful and under-educated about HER JOB and the the deals offered at HER JOB. She was continuously rude and unhelpful in resolving the miscommunications and directed me to an equally rude owner. When calling the owner he repeatedly yelled over top of me and refuse to help with the confusion. Overall a terrible experience I do not advise anyone work with this company they are extremely rude, disrespectful and tried to over charge me. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
