Having never heard of Isaac’s Movers, however, they came highly recommended by the staff where i was relocating to. I was extremely happy, from starting with the pre- walk through, prior to the move, scheduling with the office staff, and of course, the gentlemen who arrived on moving day. I cannot impress upon you the care they took with my belongings. Not one thing arrived damaged. They are reliable, arrived on time, courteous, and I would not hesitate to definitely use Isaac’s again. Take my word, call to schedule your pre move walkthrough. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you Isaac’s for a job well done. Celeste Carosella ... Read more

BEWARE! I never leave reviews, but I had to for this company. This was by far the worst move we've ever had (and we’ve moved multiple times). We moved from Maryland to North Dakota. It was a military move so we did not have a choice of which company moved us and unfortunately we ended up with this one. All of our stuff was literally dumped into a box without any protection. Multiple things were broken and damaged along with a lot of our things going missing. Had stuff from our living room thrown in the compartment underneath our grill (yes, our outdoor grill). Why stuff from our living room would be mixed with outside stuff is beyond me. They packed up our kitchen garbage can (which was completely full of trash) even though we had it off to the side (like they told us to do) and told them not to pack it since we would be using the garbage for trash disposal. We said that we would throw out the trash can ourselves after we were done cleaning, but obviously we couldn’t since it was completely packed in with our stuff (disgusting!). We were told that our stuff would be held in storage in Philadelphia for two weeks before they moved it to North Dakota. However, we put air tags in multiple items of ours that were in the moving truck. They ended up driving our stuff from Maryland to Henderson Nevada and then up to Richland Washington where it sat outside of someone’s house for two weeks. We called Isaac’s to ask them where our stuff was, and they said that our stuff is being stored at their warehouse in Philadelphia. We told them that it was a lie because our multiple air tags showed that all of our stuff was outside of someone’s house in Washington state. They said that wasn’t possible until we told them that we have screenshots of air tag locations going across the country. They said that they would have a manager call us back and then ended the phone call. The guys who ended up delivering our stuff said that they were confused as to why they were picking our stuff up from Washington state if it was coming from Maryland. So even they knew that something was not right. So this company clearly doesn’t even know where your stuff ends up and insists that it’s being properly stored when it’s not. With our stuff sitting outside of someone’s house, it makes sense that we had multiple things go missing. This company was extremely unprofessional. When speaking with them about reimbursement for all of the broken/damaged/missing items, it was almost impossible to get them to reimburse us even though they were 100% at fault. I would think twice before using this moving company and if you still choose to use them, put air tags in all of your stuff and take your valuables with you. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company to anyone! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.
