I've stored a vehicle at this facility for a year and it could not have been a more disappointing experience. My rates have gone up twice with no justification - just greed. The worst part? The new battery (a large truck/diesel unit) was stolen out of my vehicle while on their lot and they have been unable to produce any of the security video I would need to file a police report and insurance claim! What have I been paying to keep it in a locked, camera-covered lot for if there is no accountability?! Will never rent with Public Storage again - and would highly advise against using this site for your valuables as it's obviously not secure nor does the staff care. ... Read more

I said I don't feel safe touching my things and didn't want to get sick and he said once again "not my problem". Currently now trying to find a way to with the mess. ... Read more
