Pros: Laura is very friendly. Service was good. Cons: The drive-thru lane in the building can be cumbersome and conveniently, like most storage companies, they raised my rent a few months into me being a customer. ... Read more

I've only been renting for about a month and a half and it has been a negative experience overall. Dead bugs all over the hallway and no one seems to clean the place. Climate controlled must literally mean nothing because it's unbelievably hot everytime I'm in there. Garage doors almost always have something going wrong with them. I really don't want to move but it's looking like I might. Really disappointing. ... Read more

I came to Public Storage feeling frustrated after a rough move. I discovered holes in the storage unit and damage to the metallic mesh, and I had also been mistakenly assigned a locker I never requested. No one else seemed able to help me report the issue or return the locker — until I met Laura. She was incredibly helpful, listened carefully, and guided me through the process step by step. Thanks to her, everything was resolved smoothly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support! Bests, Clemente . ... Read more

I have always been satisfied with PS, but one staff member has gone above and beyond to make me happy. JESSICA, at the Cedar Ridge Dr location, is phenomenal!!! She did almost everything but load my belongings in the unit for me. :o) PS should be proud to have her in their employ. ... Read more

Wonderful customer service experience! From the first interaction on the phone to the walk around and setting up my unit. I couldn't ask for anything more and I have rented quite a few units, very recently and throughout the years and the service here is at the top of my list. The facility is well maintained and taken care of. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star was due to all the dead flies. I am grateful for the extermination but it needs to be swept up. ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 100 Cedar Ridge Drive has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 100 Cedar Ridge Drive can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 250 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 100 Cedar Ridge Drive come at a variety of prices, starting from $83 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $251 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
