I recently needed to book a storage unit from out-of-state, and StoragePoint made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. The online booking system was straightforward, allowing me to secure exactly what I needed without any hassle. What really stood out, though, was their customer service, they were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a smooth, reliable storage solution! ... Read more

We have a storage unit at Portersville for Pennsic, a yearly camping event held at nearby Cooper's Lake. They had a great rate, are a very friendly bunch of folks, and are very flexible when we arrive each year. Longer hours to access the site would be nice, but they're a small business so it's understandable. We're happy to support them! UPDATE 2024: They sold their business to a larger chain so time will tell if things go well. They immediately raised their rates bit not unfairly, so we'll see if the service matches the price. ... I was not happy when the original owners all of a sudden dumped us onto another company along with a price hike. But so far it seems okay - a wasp nest was taken care of. The lot is muddy so I wish that would be changed but other than that service is fine. ... Read more

Well they just bought out a local storage and within 2 months raise the rate. They also demand an auto pay and I can no longer pay through my bank as they do not accept checks or cash. I suppose that's good for them because they will get paid even if you die and I wonder how difficult it is to stop the payment is something like that should happen. Yes I hate auto pay . It also means there's not someone local that you can actually converse with when needed in person. I do hope that they put the Porta John back in for the summer because some of us are there for a good while at times. ... Read more
