This place is beyond unprofessional. First off, don’t even bother trying to rent one of their climate controlled units. It’s actually temperature controlled and yes, there is a difference. You can google Nevada’s storage unit law addressing that discrepancy in their state. That said, the staff is an absolute disgrace. Yes, I’m talking about you Susan. Over the course of 5 months, I tried having them address the high humidity issue in my building. At first, they told me the maintenance guy would be in on Thursday to look at it. 5 Thursdays later they finally acknowledged there was a humidity issue and said they were going to fix it. By the time they claimed they fixed it, everything in my unit was tarnished with mold. I was sending them weekly screenshots of data collected by a digital thermostat I had in the unit, it averaged relative humidity levels at 80%. Those readings remained consistent post them problem fixing it. Naturally, I wanted to speak to the owner at that point. Big no no apparently because shortly after requesting that, I was informed by the clerk that they’ve decided to evict me even though I had been paying my rent on time every month. Best was when I told that same clerk to give me a copy of my lease and eviction notice and the woman was on such a power trip she thought she could deny me those documents after I showed up there to retrieve them. Even threatened to put a lock on my unit that same day. I literally had to call the police and have an officer show up on site just to put a stop to that little tyrant lol. Anyways, rent at your own risk. I Wouldn’t be surprised if Class A Self Storage ends up with a Class Action lawsuit one day. ... Read more

I rented a unit for approximately three months this year 2023. The unit leaked water and damaged caused mold to 40-year-old family credenza. I sent an email to management and to my surprise no was response received. The women (poor thing) at the front desk said #14 says “you rent at own risk”. Two weeks before they accidentally put one of those orange locks on my unit locking, me out of my own unit which was paid for. They told me a trainee did it accidentally. Run from this place, don’t rent ... Read more

My 76 year old mother has never missed a payment in over a decade. She was unaware that her card was expired and her automatic payments ceased unexpectedly a missed a couple months. When she spoke to the “manager”, she was very rude to my mother and threatened to put her storage unit up for auction if it wasn’t paid along with the late fees as well. When my mother asked why didn’t anyone call to tell her, the “managers” reply was ……. “I don’t have time to call people, I sent you a letter”. My mother received that letter only a few days ago. What kind of antiquated system does a business owner use that doesn’t try to notify customers via text, call, email when they are seeking payment? You all still use paper mail? In this day and age? And had my mother not caught that letter and opened it (unassuming because she does automated deductions) she would’ve lost all of her belongings to an auction. My mother did go up there and spoke to this very rude “manager” and the manager admitted that the communication was not up to par. She offered my mother an apology, and claimed that she acted that way because she is just so used to people yelling at her all day…….. but continued to charge her the late fees anyways instead of doing the right thing for a loyal customer that NEVER missed a payment and chose YOUR establishment to rent for over a decade. That is absolute terrible customer service. If you are the “manager” reading this, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for treating my mother the way you did. If you are the owner of this establishment reading this, please know I will be taking my mother up there as soon as I can to remove all of her belongings and storing it elsewhere. We will be bringing our business elsewhere. And you should perhaps consider coaching your “manager” on the proper way to handle situations like that, along with a lesson on how to be polite to customers that give you loyal business. And then you should consider a more updated policy and method of contacting customers who are in the same situation as my mother found herself in……. Since the “manager” says she doesn’t have time to call people. You also should have rescinded the late fees or at least met her in the middle in good faith. Terrible look for your business. ... They saved our move. A few years ago we were moving, but ran out of time and needed a place to put all of our stuff right before Christmas. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the coy pond was a very nice place to relax for a while when the stress got to us. Very clean, very efficient, worth it. ... Read more

Class A Storage lives up to its name. Clean, beautiful location with a special little pond in the middle. Its very Zen and peaceful, very secure. I have never seen a nicer storage facility. The sunsets were perfect too. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is actually built on a very special spot that has always had an especially good energy about it. In a way I'd like to say that its more than just a "storage bin" because of the vibe here. And when storing belongings that are important to you its good to know your things are safe and in a good place. Class A Storage is the place. Its BiGGer on the inside. ??? ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
