Storage units in White Oak, PA, and nearby areas

First timer here securing a unit Vanessa nothing but courteous and helpful I'm so glad she was able to complete everything for me Blessings thank you

Cecil was a great help!

I found Prime Storage to be a clean and safe environment. Amanda was A great help in Helping me to choose what was best for me. I am concerned over the fact that the corporate office can raise my rent every several months With no rhyme or reason Or any definite amount.

I have been here since the onset and my business started here. StorExpress is "artist friendly" which interprets as "people friendly". Management was professional, accommodating, helpful and "friendly" for most of the years..more recently because I work here and am here daily...they have not been to standards years ago...i have experience severe mouse investations, floods in my studio, water and rodent damaged. The relationship feels like a bad boyfriend. I was moving out last year and was offered deal to stay...just like a bad boyfriend who promises the ring the deal was no diamond...I have 5 offices and four warehouse units...I am currently moving out of the back building because of a mouse infestation and a wet dog putrid smell since last year. They gave me the space and promised help..inspite of numerous times i have alerted them these last years..they provide a remedy by removing the hydromiter so no one can see the high humidity ...the humidity levels are in mid 70s in the back building they have been as high as 80 +percent humidity..i just moved into my diamond last year bought new shelving and have my artwork stored there..there is now mold growing and the humidity is so high my boxes collaped ..3 other people are complaing of mold and filed claims..so sorry this long relationship is not working out..i will find a forum to post pictures...i can honestly say i loved my studio..but i cant keep going through the expense, time and labor of the time i loose and the lossof belongings and supplies i incur..they have been ware of the smell in one of the buildings and turn the ac down knowing the humidity levels become mold producing at 65%its not just cleaning its mold and mouse feces..please dont store food..it makes it hard on them too to keep the place clean.but as far as climate control they fall short on temperatureand humidity
