Great rates!! Clean, easy access and private too! 24hr surveillance, completely fenced in with security controlled gate (just uses a code to let you in), and someone is always on site during the week 9 -5. Privately owned and easy to work with! Definitely lenient with rental payments when needed. After all of the different storage places that I've rented from over the years, I have to say that this one is a 10/10 top notch place!! I would recommend it over all of them, without blinking an eye:) ... Read more

Rented a 10x20 storage unit. Same price as all the competition. Roberts is fenced in, with a keypad, & your own personal pin code to enter. (Much more secure than the units which are not inside a fence). My only complaint is the customers can not get access after 5:30pm. That's fine in the Winter months, when it gets dark earlier, but in the summer months when it doesn't get dark until 9pm, extended hours should be available to paying customers. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
