Staff is great! VERY professional and helpful, always pleasure and thorough with business. This review is about the unit itself and the property damage experienced. This location has MICE that have access to the units through the ceiling! We rented a unit A116 for 4 years and 8 months because we had an OCONUS move and two households at the time and the military only paid for one household. We spent almost 10k during that time housing our belongings at this place. We returned to the unit to find that mice had been living in our belongings pooping and peeing on everything. Almost every box had been damaged, all the furniture damaged and chewed. The smell in the unit was enough to make you puke. I called the front office and they said it was out of their hands, and gave me the number to file a claim. I filed the claim they told me my adjuster would reach out in 24-48 hours. Gave me an email to send any information I wanted to. My adjuster contacted me four days later. She proceeds to tell me that she is sending me a packet in the mail that will provide the information I need to finish the claim. That I must provide pictures of anything I listed that was damaged. I let her know that I was NOT TOLD THAT I need pictures of EVERY item lost and that should have been told to me prior to her calling. Like when I FILED THE CLAIM. We just went to the dump yesterday and trashed everything! And we PAID for that too. Smh. She then tells me that I can add everything without pictures but it will affect my payout. And that the MAXIMUM payout for rodents is $250 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $250 freaking dollars COVERS NOTHING!!!! We paid quadruple that just to drive to SC and get the TRASH Out the unit! I am beyond LIVID right now! These are all the pictures I have because the rest are videos. On top of the AC (which had a family of mice in it) you will see one of the mice posing for the camera. ... Unfortunately, the rats devoured the majority of my belongings, leaving behind a chaotic scene. Cockroaches scuttled across the surfaces, and the pervasive presence of rat droppings created an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. It was truly repulsive. ... Read more

Worst place! They have rats everywhere! They said a guy comes out every week but that is a load of crap. If that was the case there would be no rats or not as many rats. They got to everything in our storage unit. They covered our stuff with rat pee and poop. They chewed up my furniture and got to my kids baby wipes. Insane. Why does this place have 4.6 stars? Terrible place to put your stuff. Going somewhere else next time and never using public storage again. ... Read more

Rats invaded our storage unit and they did nothing to help us. When we first got the storage unit, nobody mentioned to not leave food in the storage unit because it attracts the rats. Also, no one mentioned the insurance that you can get to protect your belongings. The website didn’t even have that option. Worst storage place. I recommend storing your stuff elsewhere or at least in an inside storage container. Never using public storage again. ... Read more
