The staff was Courteous. Questions were answered and a walk around was given. A little small and pricey compared to the abundant amount of self-storages places in and around Goose Creek that has boomed over the last few years. Security was a concern too. ... Read more

The price point is very good for outside storage of a trailer or RV. Staff is very nice and they work well with their clients. My only reason for leaving was the fact that it was very difficult to get my 38' travel trailer out of the facility. Usually getting it in was not an issue but getting out is another story. There is simply not enough room at the end of the only exit road to maneuver around the buildings to make the left hand turn. If a second gate was installed where the exit is straight out, I would return in an instant. ... Read more

Rats/mice are through baby pictures that can't be replaced, old baseball cards destroyed. Rat/ mice piss all over bed spreads that were in space bags( they ate through them) . Mold and Mildew on shoes and clothes. Waste of money. ... Read more

Insecure storage: when leaving the property a vehicle drove through the gate and entered without a code due to the outdated sensor system. Difficult to access: most trailers are parked in grass. And long trailers have little room to turn. Poor service: the office used for this storage is an old poorly kept trailer. If you hate smoke do not enter. The attendant is rude and smokes/watches television while negotiating rent. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Mini Warehouse of Goose Creek - 128 Howe Hall Road has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
