Customer since 2015… when it was family owned. Transferred over when they sold to Storsafe. I moved out of warehouse on 1/2/26 and haven’t received any prorated payment (since April or May was when my annual amount was due). Beware of expecting any money if you move out early. ... Read more

When they first took over A2Z storage they bumped the rates up, but it turns out that was for insurance. My homeowners insurance covered my storage unit so I wonder how many people are paying extra if that don’t need to. And when I gave my 10 days notice and moved out, they continue to call and text me four times. They couldn’t seem to figure out I had moved out, even though I had called them twice to let them know. Two weeks after moving out on that call, they told me I was supposed to take pictures, but they have never mentioned it on the previous calls. They are very disorganized. ... Read more

Good location, fair rate, terrible website with numerous glitches, contract had wrong monthly rate, some of the emailed instructions were 100% incorrect and you don't accept checks. Yeah, you fixed it all but come on, if you're primarily using a website and automated messaging it needs to work and be accurate. It's crazy for the customer to have to call, sit on hold forever then be told to leave a message. Then have to wait for a return call to fix what should have never happened. You want to automate and use less people that's fine but the tech needs to work. If I click on a $66 storage unit and the contract says $70 that's a problem. Phone call. When I get an email that says, last step is to go to the office and sign paperwork and there's no office that's a problem. Phone call to resolve. When I can't update information on my dashboard and the error message is: you entered an incorrect gate code when there was no request for a gate code, that's a problem. Phone call. When there's a door lock that requires a code and the code wasn't provided, that's a problem. Phone call. Receiving multiple emails and text messages some with the same info, some with conflicting info. Phone call. When the payment options try and force one to use a credit card but no credit card exists that's a problem. The invoice doesn't have an account number or banking info so payments can't be done from the persons bank, that's a problem. Phone call. When the person on the phone says they can set up auto pay as a bank withdrawal but the customer can't do that themselves on the website, that's a problem. The folks on the phone were generally nice but hearing, I'll get IT to fix the contract, that shouldn't happen, and I've heard about that error message before, it's a clear indication that the tech/coding isn't working. Having IT peeps review and fix bugs never works. Best way to debug this stuff is to have someone act like a customer, reserve a unit and use all parts of the website. All the bugs will be found. You asked. And if I get an automated message with a flowery thanks that's the worst. ... Read more

Unpleasant experience all the way around. You have to buy a unit before you look at it. If you do pay to look at a unit, make sure you call and call until you get a human to give you your refund and take you off the unit. Don't start renting at the end of the month. You just got and payed full price for a unit on the 20th and come the first, they want you to pay again. In less than 2 weeks and you'll have already paid full price for two months. If I could post with NO stars, I would. There are many more problems as well. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

The facility at 752 Highway 378 West offers 24/7 access, allowing you to visit your unit at your convenience.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

Yes, most standard vehicles can be stored in self storage units. A 10x20 unit typically provides enough space for a car, while outdoor or designated parking areas may be available for larger vehicles.
