I'm not rating the mini storage facility, I'm talking about the U-Haul service that has attached itself to this business...let me begin by saying I will never again use U-Haul service for the duration of my life. I have driven all day and over 200 miles trying to locate a van. The first place I stopped was in conway,SC and nobody tells that the van has a bad tire so I couldn't get that van. Then I drove to myrtle beach and was not able to get another van there either. So now I'm in Murrells inlet and I've waited about an hour and they are having trouble with verification ( didn't I already go through this when I purchased the rental).. U-Haul has terrible customer service, ridiculous logistics, and vehicles that need serviced. Please everybody call enterprise they will pick you up. ... Read more

Just recently selected this place to store a vehicle outside. The staff were very helpful showing me around, explaining the security, and executing the paperwork. I do like that you can pay a year in advance and get one month free. ... Read more

They have two friendly pet turtles. They have storage unit sizes on the floor of the main office. The person running his taillight business out of one of the units moved out. You can buy snacks from the counter. They are mostly bags of chips, though. You can't rent a trailer here if you have a vehicle designed for towing that they don't like. There are no rats (that I know of) living in the storage units. This place wants to keep your stuff (if you give them money) until you decide to retrieve it so you have a more convenient life. This place doesn't serve Italian food on Saturdays. I'm unable to verify these people do not search through your stuff to find traces of your DNA to send to Chinese spies. The turtles are adorable, so I've attached pictures of one. All details are as of June 2023, and may no longer be true. ... Read more

Was going to rent a uhaul from them, but my reservation was moved to another location. Reason for review is the lady at the front desk went out of her way and helped me with my order, and even called uhaul to adjust my order because of my issue. So thank you very much. I will definitely rent from them when the time comes around. ... Read more
