Angel made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! The pricing was so reasonable for just a few hours. I will definitely be using Flex Storage again if I need a U-Haul truck again and will definitely be recommending them! ... Read more

This was the first time I've used a self storage and it turned out to be so easy. I put in my code, gate opened, drove to my storage #, took the tag off, opened the door, unloaded my car, put a lock on the door and left. Couldn't have been easier. ... Read more

Angel is super nice and friendly. Be aware that they do have mice or rats in the buildings. I've seen one with my own eyes. They say they have pest control but even after moving into another building entirely, we still had droppings and evidence of a rodent. ... Read more

Angel is awesome! She was so helpful and supportive when I got a small unit that I went back for 2 larger units to hold my things between moving houses. Turns out, the man I brought with me to load up the storage units was able to get everything into one, and Angel took good care of me, releasing that second unit without a fee. The units and drive isles are clean and I would use them again. ... Read more

Oh my gosh! I had the most amazing experience today. One of their employees came out and helped me fix my storage unit and do heavy lifting. She was so kind and welcoming and she did not give up. I’m thankful to be a part of the flex storage family. I wish I had got her name! ... Read more

The location is about the only positive. Shame on me for thinking pest control would be included when a tiny 5 x 10 is overpriced at $115. I meant used to be $85. Also there used to be a grace period of 8 days and now it’s only 5 days. It’s a sneaky way to get late fees on repeat and yearly customers. It’s highway robbery and then they will constantly call if you’re one day late almost daily. Seems kinda desperate if you ask me. I just think folks have a right to know when they are searching for a small business. Finally, This is the last bill on my priority list. Definitely buying a building because at around $1400 for a year for a tainted and small unit somebody else owns just isn’t worth it anymore to me. ... Read more

Good online experience reserving the unit. I like that the climate control unit is inside requiring a code to access. However, the attachment to the welcome email with the door code was not immediately apparent. It took a while to figure out how to get into the building. I wish the 5x10 unit was configured differently with the door on the 10' side. Deep and narrow is more difficult to use. Overall, convenient, in a good location, clean, easy enough to access. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
