Bought a unit at auction. Showed up the day I received invoice 5 minutes before their stated closing time, which means I was on time. Then they have the gall the tell me I have 48 hours from the invoice date to clean it out, even they they can't be bothered to be at work during their stated open times. And they act like its some gift to allow me 12 extra hours the next day to finish. Terribly run place. ... Read more

This storage facility is pretty nice, and is rather new (built in 21 or 22 I think). They’re very serious about security but also have a very easy-to-use access site/app that easily provides access through the various gates and levels of the buildings via elevator. They also have 8-10 large carts available for use which made it quite easy to move material. ... Read more

Went from being exactly what I needed when it was Extra Space to just about completely useless now that it's Public Space. I had been able to access my unit at all hours, until one day, without any warning at all, they had changed branding to Public Storage, where the gates close at 9pm. What a joke. You know what ISN'T a joke, though?...I'm still paying just as much to NOT be able to access my things when I need to as I did when I was. I'd be willing to forgive all of this if I had been given ANY NOTICE of the changes AHEAD OF TIME, perhaps with a notice taped to the unit, or a text giving me a heads-up...but no, there was nothing but radio silence prior to the change. I would never have rented from this facility had I known it would be making these changes ahead of time, and as it stands I cannot wait to cut ties with Public Storage forever, as I have zero desire to do business with them in the future. ... I was renting two units here. I moved some things out of one, so I didn’t have a need for both anymore. The office staff was extremely helpful in instructions on clearing out and consolidating the two units into one. It was a seamless process. As far as the climate control, it’s one one the best. Items that I stored nearly 7 months ago are as fresh as day one. I would recommend this facility for all of your storage needs. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
