If I could give 0 stars it would still be too many. Rented four storage units plus an RV space for almost two years from St B. Bethlehem Mini Storage and during the month of April everything was cleared but a rug in one of the units. They called to let us know that the rug was still in the unit the last week of April and that we needed to get it out before May so we were not charged. We removed the rug the last Friday of the month, before the month of May. They state that they have no "notes" indicating this and will charge us anyways for that month. They stated that they went above and beyond to let us know that a rug was in the unit. Pardon me, but I was paying for that month, you go weekly so where the above and beyond comes in I'm not clear about. No attempt was provided to talk to the individual that called me and specifically stated, "You are good now and will not be charged for May." Instead the woman - states "I am in charge of rental units and I have no "note" here so nothing I can do. RIP OFF/// stay away. Enough of these placed exist in Clarksville to avoid this one. ... If I could award a negative five stars I would, I had my storage lockers and RV burglarized. In all, I lost more than 7-thousand dollars of property. The response, from a company that makes more money in a month that I earn in a year was, it would was going to cost 4-thousand dollars to put in electricity in the storage areas! An employee said sorry...with a smirk. Now they’ve bought a narrowing property to create parking spaces, and have begun to install electric gates. The horse is out of the barn. They didn’t care about my property. Will they care about yours? ... Read more

Cons: We were billed ALL of AUG when we did not use ANY of AUG. Our boxes also smelled of cigarette smoke due to the walls not going all of the way to the roof. I noticed their front and back gate are often times left open at night. Pros: Located in Clarksville. Their prices are comparable to others and their front desk staff is polite. I was out of state, and my wife said their office was closed. We emptied our unit on 27 JUL and on 30 JUL swept it clean and left it with the door rolled up (2 days before August). We left it cleaner than it was given to us, and yet were billed for AUG a week later. On 11AUG, I returned to TN and went in person to the office and also on 15 AUG called to ask about a refund check. It is SEP and they have never called me back, so I feel forced to go through the BBB and Attorney General to investigate. We had unit G9 next to the office. I recommend shopping around. I have used a different storage company in the Clarksville area years back that I had a better experience with. ... Read more
