I was with a friend renting a unit and the manager was so accommodating that I had to take time to write a review. Mr. Franklin showed us the right size storage for her things and the place was clean and spacious. If I needed a place to keep my things, I would definitely give them a call. ... Read more

It's been really great having this place to store my things. The Manager is so awesome and helpful! So clean and the pricing is affordable. I was being taken advantage of the last place I stored my things. It was a horrible experience A+ storage really helped me get out of that situation. Thanks for having me as a tenant. ... Read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! This place is absolute trash. It has roof leaks and constantly floods. My girlfriend went to her unit a month ago to retrieve something and found the unit to be flooded with an active roof leak. Management told her to move her things to a new unit, two units down. Her couches and precious family heirlooms were absolutely destroyed and covered in mold. Fast forward a month later, I go with her to retrieve the leftovers of her property that survived the first flooded unit, to find the SECOND unit that management moved her to, to ALSO be flooded! So now for a second time, even more of her property is flooded and destroyed! We also observed water coming out of 8-10 other units just in that one hallway! I observed the employee on duty casually walking through the water up and down the halls as if nothing was wrong. He was not cleaning up the flood, calling roofers to fix the leak, or notifying people that their units were flooded. We removed the destroyed property from my girlfriends unit, and placed the ruined/flooded/mold covered couch on the curb for trash collection after the employee on duty told us we were free to leave any damaged property/trash on the curb for trash collection. AFTER placing the damaged property on the curb, the employee walks outside and states that the "manager" said we could not put trash on the curb because she would have to pay a fee. The following day they bill my girlfriend $100 for putting the couch on their curb. Granted, we did them a FAVOR by using our physical labor to remove the couch that they twice DESTROYED and DAMAGED from their PURE NEGLIGIENCE and placed it on the curb FOR THEM! And as a thank you for taking out their trash for them, they bill us!!! Not once did the manager apologize for destroying precious family heirlooms and property, her only concern was that we do not leave items on the curb for trash collection, which is exactly where the local waste management company requests for you to place trash for trash collection...... Oh, and then the manager tells my girlfriend that she was not supposed to be in the second unit that she moved her to and she showed no records of her being in that unit. So I guess she just assumes my girlfriend performed a hostile takeover of this random storage unit and put a lock on it!??!?!?! If this is the case, call the Sheriff's office and have her things removed from that unit for trespassing. Oh, but that did not occur because that is the unit that the manager put her in! The manager is simply trying to avoid responsibility by claiming ignorance of the situation and by blaming others for her repeated mistakes and horrific job performance. This is being reported to the corporate office by the way and will not be dropped until proper compensation is met. AVOID THIS GARBAGE PLACE AT ALL COST!!! TRUST ME!!!! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
