I would highly highly NOT RECOMMEND. The business practices here are shady. I purchased 2 rentals from this company. Within 1 month 2 days before the billing date they raised the price on my unit. I have not even had the unit for 2 months and they raised the price 50 dollars. I am someone who is buying 2 units a month from them and they just lost my business because they can’t even honor their prices. They tried to claim that the increase was due to a massive increase in units and demand. There are multiple units open of the same size next to mine. So they just raise the prices cause they feel like taking more from their customers. So just know if you rent from here they will raise your rent immediately. Extremely disappointing and shady. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT TWICE AND MOVE. ... Read more

5 starts because of Kaye at iStorage in Friendsville, TN. I’ve been storing my RV there since 2019. She is always helpful, friendly, and responsive. On one occasion she called me to let me know that there was a beeping sound coming from my RV. I went to the facility and my CO2 detector was in alarm due to low chasis battery voltage. I don’t know how she heard it by just driving by? Never-the-less, I was very appreciative as I was able to change out the batteries in advance of an planned RV trip. ... Read more

Kay was extremely helpful. She guided us around the property displaying several options. Helped us with vehicle parking and storage units we are needing temporarily. She even opted to show us another unit as one of the floors were stained on concrete. Didn’t bother us though her excellence insisted she didn’t want us to have that unit. Thank you Kay! ... If I could give more stars I would! Kaye and the folks at iStorage in Friendsville have been truly great to work with. I have been storing with them since June of 2019. She is always so helpful, friendly, kind, generous, and responsive. The facilities are fairly new and always very clean and well maintained. I felt that my belongings were safe and in good hands. The rates are competitive with other premium storage facilities in the area. I highly recommend you go see Kaye at iStorage! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
