As a fact a lot of my family members including myself are using this storage facility! Wonderful staff. Great prices. Don't plan on using anyone else. Only thing I would change would be access times. But I'm a night owl. And you don't have 24 hour access. Gates are closed from 10 pm to 6 30 am. But it's a local small business and I support that all the way! ... Read more

My unit was broken into, management knew about several break ins that happened while the cameras were "broken". They never contacted the clients about their units being broken into. Shady business, shady management. ... Read more

My fiance and I rent one of the smaller buildings at this location. I wouldn't say that there is anything majorly wrong with anything about it. But there really isnt anything spectacular about it either. It's just another place for us to store our items while the repair to our home are STILL being done after Harvey. But I digress... The only time I think I ever actually had a small issue was due to the lack of lighting near our unit. There are supposed to be 2 lights on either side alternating and skipping in order to shed the light on the entire row of storage units. The fost day that we signed up and payed for 4 months in advance, we noticed that both of the lights near our unit were burnt out. The following day, I placed a call to the manager and he said that the bulbs that they use in them are no longer being produced but that they have a large stock of them and we didnt need to worry, that they would take care of it. About a weeks amd a half pass by and we go to drop off more items at the storage unit and the lights had yet to be replaced. This continued to be the same condition all in all for at least a month before any bulbs were replaced. I think they just figured it wasn't that big of a deal but I have, and still do express in writing as well as in conversation that I really need at least one of the lights out there replaced since the only time I can make it over there is when I am off of work. By then, it is dark and it is realllly dark out there. I am happy to report that they did replace one of the light bulbs recently, but I will still be prepared with my flashlight in case it happens again. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.
