Property Manager represented Public Storage well. Kassie cheerfully met us at the facility (when she was officially off)and directed us through the units. She was very efficient when completing our application and for Public Storage was able to show us the advantage of monthly auto pay. Thank you Kassie for your assistance! ... Read more

This place has gone WAY too corporate for me. You can’t pull up and talk to a human being anymore. You talk through a kiosk and everything is automated. You can’t get tours to see where the unit you want is located or to physically look at the size of it before renting it. My favorite part is the unit I rented a few years ago for something over $300 per month—I just noticed is now over $700 per month. They’ve been billing my credit card automatically—shame on me for not looking, but the price has more than doubled and I was never made aware of the change. Leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I have left two messages asking for someone to call me to explain the change in pricing and have not heard back in two weeks. Great location. Horrible customer service. I miss storage unit places being owned and run by people as opposed zillion dollar corporations. ... Read more

The property manager is Justin. He is really friendly and does a great job keeping the facilities clean and tighty. One of the best experiences I've had from a storage facility. If you're on the fence about renting, do it!a ... Read more

It’s been great up until this past week. Every single elevator is/was out of order. This means there is no access to the upper floors. Stairwells are locked from the inside but not clearly marked as “for emergency only” so I can imagine it’d be really easy to get trapped inside, unless there’s an emergency exit at the bottom. I called PS and they only sent a message to mgmt. I called mgmt and left a couple voicemails but haven’t heard back on if the elevator’s are working again. Not very responsive in a timely manner at all. OK, this is a bit of an edit or update. I took away a star because the door broke a week ago and after reporting it and leaving voicemail, I still haven’t heard back from the management of this property. If I call the toll-free number, they forward me to management of another property, so I’m not sure if they’re the same but if anybody , who manages this property can listen to their voicemail that would be super awesome so we can get our door fixed cause right now all of our stuff is completely wide open and thinking about it a bit. I just took another star. Another update: it’s been nearly two months since our door went off its rails and fell on my head, but they finally fixed it after numerous calls and messages. I came by a few weeks ago and the front gate was broken (stuck in upright position) and today it is still this way. Par for course. Can I be the only one who has experienced this here at this location? ... Read more

Maria, the manager and Brandon, the weekend relief manager were amazingly helpful and kind when I needed to vacate my units. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of so I didn’t have to have another month’s rent. The property is extremely, extremely secure, clean, and easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. We originally had to get extra units for interior design and architectural materials that need to be stored before installation and everyone has always been very helpful and found us reasonable units with easy access. Not only Is Maria extraordinarily service focused for Public Storage but she's one of the nicest people you'll ever have the opportunity to know. Brandon, as well, exemplifies the best in good management and client support. Great people helping you take good care of the things you treasure. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
