Kobe was a great help getting me a good deal on a spacious unit for my businesses overstock. He even went the length to help me move a heavy item when nobody else was around! Great young man, thank you Kobe! ... Read more

Our experience so far has been wonderful. Kobe was very kind and extremely helpful when we showed up to rent a unit. This place is much cleaner than the storage we moved out of, and we so appreciate that they provide carts! Makes unloading/loading so much easier. We are definitely happy with our decision to move to this location. ... Read more

Please please do not rent from these people. We went to our storage room only to find our 2 locks cut off and a new lock on. The office said they did not know anything about it. Crooks. OMG this is the second time we have been robbed. It is NOT a secure facility. We will file a police report. Good grief. What is wrong with companies these days. They are quick to take your money, but it would be just a safe on the side of the road. Sad sad Of course, we cannot talk with anyone in the corporate office only a calling tree with no option to speak to a person. ... Read more

Don’t rent from here. It was great before “Public Storage” bought out Storage Landing. For the past few months, we’ve noticed our climate controlled unit was having issues. Our cardboard boxes were getting soft and mold started popping up (likely due to humidity/the hot summer heat). The insulation from the ceiling was slowly falling apart and covering our items. And then the bugs….. not just tiny little spiders but crickets, roaches, and some rodent droppings. And they had the audacity to increase our rate despite the fact we could not get ahold of anyone at the front office for over a month. (We were grateful for our unit being right by the gate, but when the gate broke and stayed open for a month- we knew it was time to go.) Public Storage, we will not be coming back. ... Read more

My experience with this public storage was very good. The building was clean and it had several good quality flatbed push carts available. It really helped me save on the amount of trips and time it took when moving items and boxes into the unit. The staff at this location were very attentive as well. Staff will walk thru the complex at regular intervals to make sure all the units are secure. I actually forgot to slide my lock over one time leaving my unit door shut but not locked. I received a call from them notifying me of this so quick! They let me know my unit had not been disturbed but that they wanted to make sure I was aware so that I could lock it up ASAP. I had no idea I didn't lock it up! I was very grateful for the heads up because I was not planning on going back to my unit for at least a month and it could have been left unlocked the whole time if not for them being so observant and diligent. The only thing I didn't like was that you can not access units after 9pm, but that's a corporate issue. The staff have no say or control over the hours and it's a company set policy so that's why they still get 5 stars from me. The staff there deserve recognition for the great job and service they provide their customers. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
