I’ve rented a parking space for my small cargo trailer from this location a couple of times since 2018. Invariably they raise the rates to a point that I move to another company until that one raises its rates to where I move back. It makes no sense for them to nearly double the price when it’s so easy for me to leave especially since this location is merely the okay. The location is convenient enough and I’m glad they upgraded their security since I first rented from them. The parking area pavement and road leave much to be desired. The current property manager, Courtney, is very nice and helpful. I will probably be back and if I am I hope they have some sort of option for longer term leasing. ... Read more

Seriously consider moving your items here before you do. My storage unit’s door was stuck open for about a week without being fixed and when they told me they fixed it, the door wouldn’t open again. Almost an entire month of not being able to use it while in the middle of moving. Now they’re saying it looks like someone forced it open which I didn’t do. They made a big deal out of sending their “vendor” out to come fix it despite it taking almost an entire month to fix. Will be moving my stuff out after being declined a discounted rate or refund. Ridiculous. The way this place is run is absolute trash and the manager is extremely rude. ... Read more

The price was good when I started using them over 2 years ago but they have raised the rates multiple times yet if you sign a new agreement and move your stuff to a new unit they will bring the price down. Makes no sense. Also the security at this place is lacking there are multiple spots where you can just walk in to the complex because the fence is down. I have brought this up to the attendant on duty but nothing is ever done. Edited: All fences have been fixed and they say they are going to lower my rent fee. I will come back and update if they lower the rent fee. 4-25-24 ... Read more

Unless you want to wind up having your vehicle get stuck in the mud and have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it out, or have your belongings stolen, find another place to store. They continuously raise the monthly rental cost, yet they have probably the worst property I've seen a storage business have and constantly have break ins. I contacted the office to see about getting a month free because we have a commercial vehicle stuck 4 inches in the mud and cannot get it out due to the closeness of other vehicles. Not only did they deny that request, but they're demanding we have insurance on it now (after having it there for the past 2 years without). And please don't post some generic message asking me to email you SecurCare. Just make it right and I'll gladly remove the comment. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.
