Read some helpful reviews of 10 Federal Self Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Definitely disappointed I didn't look at reviews before choosing this location. My unit was broke into to and all my valuables gone. I can't really say broke into because my lock was still in place so had to be an inside job. Definitely use your own lock at this place. Hard to reach customer service also. I am writing this review to warn others. Read all the negative reviews, alot of people have had the same experience. ... Read more

****DO NOT?? NOT SECURE ?? I repeat DO NOT???? rent a storage here… they will allow people to in; to steal your things! Take pictures of everything before you store it & buy your own loccs because if your proof aren’t/isnt to their standards.. you just took a loss cuz they’re not going to compensate you without “ receipt “ of things. & THE NEIGHBORS nearby with visible cameras… NO HELP AT ALL?? ... My items were stolen sometime between December 6, 2025 (when I last visited the unit) and December 28, 2025 (when I noticed the items missing). Both locks were on the unit, so I’m not sure how they were able to get in. It’s obviously someone who has stolen from this facility before, especially when there is a close camera facing my unit directly. I filed a police report and hopefully they are able to get video of the perpetrators or a license plate (see how that goes). Security and safety are obviously not a priority at this facility. Locks, cameras, and gated fences are irrelevant. Renters beware. ... Read more

I have been charged 3 times for less than a month for use and never agreed to have my credit card saved . There is no physical workers at any location and the wait time to speak to any one is over 30 minutes. Currently on hold while I write this review. ***Update it’s been an hour and I’m still on hold. There are so many other storage options, do your self a favor and go somewhere else. ... Read more

Rented a 10 x 15 unit, and they assigned me a 5 x 5 unit. There is nobody on site. Even though I called during their business hours, they claim nobody's available and I have to wait until Monday. Their AI Chatbot is completely incompetent and not helpful at all. And the code for the unit they gave me doesn't work, so I have no access to anything at all. ... Read more

Purchasing a storage unit was very confusing filling out all the information needed. We thought we had finished & had the unit; but we were wrong.even though screen told us our unit number already. We had to call the storage unit; we had to wait over an hour on hold. We eventually got through to get our lock code ... Read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I’ve had my storage unit for barely a month. I got this unit while leaving an abusive relationship. I finally got my apartment and came back to get my stuff and everything was GONE. Someone knew the code to my lock and this was definitely an Inside job. They took valuable stuff and even sentimental stuff! They took boxes of my kids baby books and baby blankets. My heart is broken. I hope this company knows I’ll be getting a lawyer. I’m active duty military and some of my military gear was stolen too. I already filed a police report. Stay FARRRRR away from this storage unit. ... Read more

I went to go put stuff in my storage and there was a red lock on my storage. I called to see why. They provided me with the code to get in and my unit had almost everything taken out of it. All my stuff had been stolen. I have made a police report but still haven’t heard anything back from the company. It has to be an inside job cause how is there a lock on my unit and cameras but no answers so I’m assuming it has to be somebody who works there who did this. I’m so disgusted so many of my things that can’t be replaced are gone. Do not rent from this place ???????? ... Read more
