Process is easy. I walked in and walked out and I love how she was knowledgeable of the units and what I would be looking for and still offered me options and pricing. I love the fact I can gain access to opening the gate from my cell phone! ... Read more

Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that I have everything I need. Initially, a great experience. This soured quickly after my rental rates were raised, without notice, 3 months into my contract as a way to 'reset' rental rates based on competitive market rates. I called an received a three month reprieve. Near the end of that three months, I received a promotional email reflecting standard rates at ONE THIRD of what I was currently paying. Ironically, the location allowed me to enter into a new agreement at the lower rate but forced me to vacate my current storage unit and move THREE DOORS DOWN to a different unit. Overall, just ridiculous and non-sensical business practices, probably driven by misguided incentives. ... Read more

Michelle.... what a blessing sent from a great God! She surpassed my expectations. Her professionalism and compassion reassured me that this was the right place to store my things for awhile. Michelle assisted me in making the right decision in size of storage space and considered my desires. I also loved the security and upkeep of the facility and grounds. Overall experience and customer service rating, I would give it a 20 out of 10.. lol.. Thank you Michelle. May you be abundantly successful and blessed. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
