Read some helpful reviews of KO Storage at 2426 East Tyler Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

So far it’s been a great experience. Staff is super understanding and empathetic. The manager is responsive and helpful. No issues at this point. Only two complaints, and that’s the online services/billing and website -there is no app for KO storage -website Is difficult to navigate and I have not been able to log in even after changing my password - I rented a parking spot and one storage unit and I get my bills separately which is sometimes confusing and easy to pay for one and forget the other. ... Jonathan was very helpful and switched my unit with in minutes. The one that was given to me online was not the one I asked for but was taken care of quickly. Thank you. Also he submitted a ticket for the AC was not working in the climate control unit so we shall see how quick management will get that sorted out. Well I changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. Since day one the climate control units where my storage is at has never worked at all. Mind you the manger Minevera has been wonderful doing all she can and despite telling the OM which seems to be a huge turn over and replacements means the company doesn’t care about their employees and the customers at all. Another thing is I haven’t even had my unit for 2 or 3 months and the bill went up about $40 increase! Wow! That’s how money hungry this company is. Shameful! I want my money back from day one and I will be leaving this facility at the end of the month since I paid for it already and no credits or no email replies for my issues since day one. It’s simple fix what is broken and listen to your manger who lives where reside and have her take control. Keep the monthly payment the same or less and you will have happy customers for years. It’s a storage space no reason to up the rent. As I am aware there shouldn’t be that much of a rent raise max maybe $5 after being there for years not months. If I have to leave more than one bad review I will. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. So unprofessional from this company. Seems many people have left and more are going to leave. ... Read more

Bridget gave great customer service over the phone during my moving transition. For first timers here, the lights to turn on your indoor storage unit are at the entrance. Turn the nobs on the wall and it sets off a timer for your unit's light. It doesn’t seem like anyone actually works on the site, I guess they only have over the phone customer service who put in a ticket for you. Anytime I’d try going in the storage office the door is closed and locked despite being there during office hours. Other than that, no problems! ... Read more

I was a client for over 10 years. Good location . Clean site. Like the 24 hour access via key pad. On site manager is excellent. Knowledgeable, caring and responsive However, the home office region and overall customer care is horrendous: Do not return calls. If they finally do contact it’s only to increase the rates ( several increases over last two years and the last was over 100%!!)and harass about anything they feel is important to them. Constant changes in personel at home office. No continuity in policies. I have similar storage in three other locations and these folks are by far the worst in facilities, customer service and policy. Do not recommend. . The only reason I gave even one star was the local manager ! ... Read more

Henry was a GREAT help. His professional attitude and expert communication skills were invaluable to me. He ws able to get me what I needed without the frustration that the previous associate created by loosing my call and not being able to provide me with the discounts that were advertised. Henry's attitude and jovial persona eas a great relief. ... Read more

The lots are located in a safe area well fenced . It took a long time to get through the paperwork Hard to follow the rational of your registration. How many times does the vin number need to be entered? The staff in your office were helpful and understanding doing there jobs well. It seems to me that at the end of step four it stated review — so if you go back and want to look over your th application you’ll find most of the information erased and you start over . ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that KO Storage - 2426 East Tyler Avenue has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by KO Storage - 2426 East Tyler Avenue can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by KO Storage - 2426 East Tyler Avenue come at a variety of prices, starting from $33 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $135 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
