Well kept, amazing price! Customer service is excellent, and whenever a problem arises, they are quick to fix it. I’ve had this storage for over a year and I don’t plan to change storages! The manager (Mrs. Joni) has worked with me A LOT, and I’m extremely grateful! ?? ... Read more

Once upon a time there were great employees working here Bill and Jennifer! Once they left the place has gone into the toilet and being run by "very poor customer service" oriented folks, Tamara a supposed manager that was supposed to solve an issue was obnoxiously rude on the phone when trying to pleasantly resolve late fees that they shouldn't have tacked onto because of a verbal agreement with staff over the phone. Have been storing my belongings here since 2011, had to suddenly move because of work. The customer service skills of the new employees are horrible and the only way to fix it is to voice it here, I would think twice before storing anything here...you are dealing with un-reasonable management staff and the only thing they care about is your $$$ drive on by and find something better and friendlier. ... I've been using their storage for 10+ years! When my son went into the Marines & the payments weren't kept up by his ex, Bill was so kind to give me a heads up & do Auto -pay! IDK if any other places would care enough to let you know that your storage is close to auction! I would recommend them to everyone! The area is clean, no trash overflow in the container! I've driven by some storage facilities where the containers are over capacity! ... Read more

Pay for what u get. They are renovating so hopefully it'll look better. The storage doors are just regular, cheap wooden doors. The guy up front in not a good CSR at ALL! Update 6month later: So, I ended up renting here. The "pay for what you get" is not true here. Yes, the doors are really crappy and the entry/exit gate is very dated but I've have no problems here what so ever! The older CSR is still not the most cheerful person to enteract with but the other 2 I have dealt with are outstanding. And, this place didn't flood during Harvey. ... Read more

I have kept my stuff there for over 2 years now, have always been impressed with their service...Bill who works in the front office is very professional and likeable. Didn't want to go with one of the national chains like UHaul or Public Storage after hearing about all their high charges and hidden tricks and extra charges in the fine print. This place has been completely painless from day one. Prices are not spectacular, but reasonable for what you get. All in all, a real local gem! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
