Reserved a storage. Called to complete transaction and employee had to “call me back” mid conversation. I never received a call back so so called the company back. Once I reached someone I was told they no longer had the storage I “reserved”. Basically was told that online reservations are pointless until an actual transaction is made between the two parties ... Read more

AAA Storage has the BEST DEALS IN TOWN! They are under new management and both Ladies that work there go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I cannot believe how rude the manager here is. I called to enquire about a unit. I simply asked about their noise policy and he went on a short rant about city zoning ordinances before HANGING UP ON ME. That is not how good business works and I will be taking mine elsewhere. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Edit after 4 years, because that's when the owner decided to respond directly instead of fraudulently giving himself a 5 star review: I don't ever recall mentioning a rock band of any kind in our initial call, only an instrument. For reference, I am a mallet persussionist. There's a bit of a difference, but I suppose for the sake of your story, a rock band sounds like more of a dramatic disturbance. Hey man, point for you for creativity. Secondly, in my search for a rehearsal space, I was 0/3 on storage units. I had read plenty of accounts online of people using these spaces for numerous activities, so I thought I'd give it a try. Ive seen people swap engines, print tshirts, and yes, practice instruments, in storage units online. My fault for asking a substantiated question and offending the sensibilities of this fine, mild mannered business owner... Speaking of mild mannered... The other 2 facilities I spoke with responded similarly in that they did not permit the use of their space for extracurricular activities... But neither of them responded with such vigorous animosity for their fellow Lubbockites. The other 2 facilities took the questions in stride, responded respectfully no, and earned mine and my friend's business for the next 3 years in the process. Taking no for an answer, I can and did do. I was a happy patron to businesses that directly compete with you because of their superior service. Taking lip from a snowflake who doesn't understand that poor customer service elicits poor reviews, not gonna happen in a million years. ... Read more

These amenities include Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by AAA Self Storage - 2213 North Quaker Avenue can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by AAA Self Storage - 2213 North Quaker Avenue come at a variety of prices, starting from $49 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $120 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
