Bad experience from the first day. I didn't even want to give them one star. The customer service department is clueless. They sent me on a wild goose chase around town looking for a special lock for the unit. Every where I went the people I asked about the lock, said this place sends everyone looking, but on line is the only place to get them. So more money was wasted looking for this lock in town. So after receiving this special lock for my unit from Amazon. Went to the Unit and it was full of trash. It's funny how when I move out I have to take a picture of a cleaned out unit for them, but I didn't find it that way and had to clean up the last tenants mess.. after submitting my full coverage insurance for the vehicle I parked there they continued to harass me about proof of insurance, until I called and then all of the sudden they were satisfied. Only to get more emails after saying I needed to resubmit. Over all I would never recommend this place for your storage needs. ... Read more

If i could use 0 stars i would. My whole storage was cleared out got no help from manager and the supervisor over them. Very unprofessional telling me that they have had over 10-15 break ins in the weeks leading up to mine being hit, Also the insurance they offer does not cover anything when your storage is broken into. The reason I chose them was the "security cameras" and locked gate but somehow they put me in one of the only areas the cams don't reach and the gate is always open everytime I pass it to this day. Just a terrible experience all around ... Read more

Doing the leasing online was quick and easy. The facility is well cared for and bright. There was a slight hiccup with the door bolt but the facility corrected it super quickly and professionally. Would truly recommend if in need. ... Read more

My daughter and her husband used this facility when they moved to Texas on orders. Their unit was broken into and practically everything was stolen. Their appliances, furniture, clothing, pictures, keepsakes, shoes, jewelry, etc. It was hearbreaking. Some things just can't be replaced. The facility did not have adequate cameras and were not very helpful with the investigation. This place has a reputation of break-ins. The surrounding neighborhoods coincidentally have amazing garage sales. Here they are 8 months later still waiting for insurance payment. She has been constantly contacting the manager to confirm the break in to insurance to they can open the claim for payment with no success. This same manager is the same person the cut off the thieves lock from the unit but will not confirm the break-in to insurance. She has even volunteered to provide the police report and reforward correspondence emails but he does not reply. I do not recommend this storage facility. ... Read more

These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by KO Storage - 2510 North Chadbourne Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 150 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by KO Storage - 2510 North Chadbourne Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $59 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $99 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
