I feel really bad about this place. We've had stuff there for a while and watched its decline. It isn't necessarily the property owner's fault. The boneheads (term of art) that keep their stuff there have done a number to that place. A long time ago, under former owners, they had an onsite manager. He was a jerk, but the place was kept new and spic and span. But they have had people run into over hangs, destroy exit fences, bang into the walls and leave trash. The sliding doors have been out of order several times and just left open. The elevators are often out of order. They used to have 3 carts and now only have 2 and one is unusable. And since there is no onsite manager, stuff gets left where it is. For example, there was broken glass out in the parking area up on a curb for months and there was a mattress left in one of the hallways for over a month. I hope they get it back on track. ... I found this storage close to my property and I like that is clean and maintained. They don’t have staff on site but you can contact them I spoke with Brittney she was very friendly, informative and had so much patience with me or when you walk in the front door they have someone remotely behind the screen you can talk to when you have a question. This is a 5x10 just incase you are wondering how big the space is. It’s like a walk in closet. Hope this helps. ... Read more

BURGLARS. Please do not rent a storage unit in this business. It is incredible negligent and your belongings are not safe. We were attracted to this location by the positive reviews and low price, don’t make the same mistake we did. We packed everything into our unit and left on a trip. When we came back we found broken boxes and over $10,000 worth of goods stolen. The burglars either hacked the system or, (most likely) jumped in through a small gap on the ceiling. Either way, there was no forced entry but our items were stolen. We filed a police report but both the insurance, Zorcor, and StoreEase refused to cooperate. StoreEase didn’t give us any camera footage because we weren’t police. Zorcor stated that because there was no sign of forced entry they couldn’t pay us a dime of the goods we insured. Both of these companies should be ashamed of working under these unethical practices. Please stay away. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
