Driving around in here is confusing but overall good place. To make it better in my opinion is to place signs to where the numbers of the units are. Also maybe some arrows stating how to get out the easiest way possible or open that other gate. ... Read more

Very nice and took my information and set it up in a folder which she wrote the unit number and amount due with the day it was due. And code I would use that I picked out. That file is so easy to locate because of it being labeled so well for me. Great lady in office took care if me on the phone and in the office over several days. ... Read more

They were great until it came time to give me a refund for moving out. We rented there over a year and were always on time with our payments. We followed protocol when it came time to move out. Gave a more than sufficient notice. When I received my refund check it was quite a bit less than I expected. I, of course, called to find out why. I was told that in the fine print in the contract, which i signed, it states they charge you for 10 extra days AFTER you move out. They did not bring that to my attention when I was renting. So, fine I am liable for that. Just want to make sure everyone that rents from them are aware of this. But, to add insult to injury so to speak, when I called to find out why my check was short, i was pretty much told it was my tough luck to go back and read the contract and was abruptly hung up on. I mean really? This is the way you conduct business? There are way to many rental places in Tyler to choose from. I strongly suggest not to choose this one. Like I said, they were great as long as you were paying them. But not so much when they owe you money. I would love to talk to a manager or an owner but my calls go unanswered.(They have caller ID) Oh well, their loss. No recommendations from me. A week later this storage facility did follow through with what they said they would do and refunded some more of my money back. I do appreciate them for doing this. I do now feel like I was treated fairly. I mean what is the point of giving a 10 plus day notice if they are still going to make you pay for 10 additional days after that? That does not make any sense to me. The only thing that I am still disappointed in, is how I was initially treated when I brought this matter to their attention. I will not now or ever tolerate someone's rude behavior and having the phone hung up in my ear. I will hope that they will teach the office workers the correct protocol when dealing with customers. I have changed the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because I feel like the management was concerned and did a good job trying to make things right. ... Read more

My wife and I moved to back to East Texas and needed a storage unit on the fly. Shannan went above and beyond to help make sure all our needs were met. No long term rental agreement needed and had a hassle free time moving our stuff out after a month when we found a place to live. Great price for the size unit needed. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
