I’ve lost track how long I’ve been with them but at least 10 years! The owner Shane is an amazing man with a good and honest heart, he has helped me with any problems I’ve had. They were always quick to return my calls and they worked with me and showed me grace when I fell on hard times when other places would have sold my stuff. Chelsey is so kind and helpful every time I call or come in someone is always there. It’s a clean facility with gated access and in a good neighborhood. These guys really are amazing! Thank you Gateway Storage ???? ... Read more

First day was great but when the 1st rolled up we came at 10am and waited no one showed so we left, came back a hour later and I guess we missed them. Sign says closed will arrive back at noon. It's 12:20 and still no ones here. I need to pay rent so it's not locked up. I can't keep driving around waiting on them. Very very annoyed!!! Business hours are set for a reason. Maybe set times you can keep up with. No one answers the phones either. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
